Yep. It’s truly a phenominal feeling. If you can let go of all the garbage in your mind pulling you down, all the negativity, thoughts and useless emotions. Just be one with the moment. That’s true peace of mind.

If we pushed through the grind, there’s no reason why we can’t spend our entire day zoned out from all the garbage around you. That’s the ultimate state. Pure bliss, and it can be developed, it just requires a ton of work and discipline to achieve, but it’s not impossible.
