You said it brother. It’s great to hear from you. I used to get pissed when people would point fingers and try to stall my efforts. Then it hit me.

The majority of them were miserable because they wanted to achieve in the same areas, but felt they couldn’t. They essentially held themselves back.

Sometimes we’re our own enemy. Human nature is such unfortunately, that a lot of the time if people can’t do something themselves, they don’t see why others should.

Anyways, I don’t resent them, they’re human at the end of the day. We all make mistakes and fall off the wagon from time to time, only difference is, some climb back on and try again, while others get disheartened and give up.

Keep your chin up and mind steady and you’ll find you’ll be able to accomplish near enough anything you desire.

A word on WARRIOR 101. Brilliantly explained, simple to understand. An excellent book for anyone who is interested in fitness and good health.

Good point, Unfortunately there’s more that are beyond help than in need of it. When you break it down the only person that can help you is yourself. If you can’t help yourself then you’re not worthy of any help from anyone else. It’s a pitiful state.

It’s just the way some people are unfortunately. Ultimately only you can change your life. No one else can do it for you.
